The monthly cost is $50.00 per month. Dues can be paid through our portal at TidyHQ.

Lessons are offered at
$30/Hour for adults. Typically booked in 2 hour sessions, but let’s discuss what your goals are.

What You Need
- Comfortable active wear
- Clean athletic (indoor) shoes
- Water Bottle
- Men are required to wear athletic cups to every class
- OKdF will provide weapons for practice as well as extra beginner’s protective gear, as available.
